Delivery PoliciesComplete addresses and phone numbers help deliveries arrive on time. If you have a doubt as to when you think your order will be delivered, please contact us. Sundays and National HolidaysWe will attempt to complete your request for deliveries scheduled for these days, however we are closed on most of these days we may need to contact you for approval for an alternative delivery date. Please provide a valid e-mail address, cell or home phone number in case we need to contact you. Receiving Flowers If your flowers are not received to your satisfaction, please call us. If for some reason the flowers that you ordered are not available for delivery, then we will notify you immediately. We can also issue a credit for flowers to be delivered at a later date. Prompt Delivery Service We pride ourselves on prompt, efficient and personalized service that you can count on to meet all of your floral needs. Please allow us to suggest available items for prompt delivery of "last minute" gifts during holiday periods. Place holiday orders early for the best selection... and your peace of mind. Delivery Substitutions We may ask for a second choice regarding specific items to assure a timely delivery of your arrangement. We will make every effort to fill your order as close as possible to your original selection. Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers and plants.
