CamZuu Hosting Feed - Terms of Service

Welcome to CamZuu!

Before you begin using CamZuu’s website as a hosting feed, you must agree to the following Terms of Service, including any future amendments. Members who violate the Terms of Service may have their membership terminated:

1. Personal Use: Member acknowledges and understands that content submitted to CamZuu’s Hosting Feed web page is made available for public viewing. Such webcam content may be viewed by any person having access to the Internet at (http://www.aurcity.com/camzuu/hosting.asp). You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Service. CamZuu reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.
2. Dues: At the beginning of every month $10 is automatically billed to your account.
3. Proper Use: You agree that you will use this service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Adult or mature content is not permitted. Members can report any violations to the “Contact Us” page.
4. Termination: Either CamZuu or Member may terminate this agreement for any reason by giving 30-days written notice. If Member is in violation of this agreement, CamZuu may terminate the agreement immediately.
5. Liability: Both Member and CamZuu shall hold the other harmless and is not liable for possible loss from this relationship.
6. Privacy: As a condition to using the Service and, if applicable, the Member, you agree to the terms of CamZuu. You agree that CamZuu may access or disclose your personal information, including the content of your communications, if CamZuu is required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process or governmental request (such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order), or as otherwise provided in these Terms of Service and the CamZuu Privacy Policy. Personal information collected by CamZuu may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which CamZuu Inc. or its agents maintain facilities. By using CamZuu, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
7. Changes to Terms of Service: CamZuu Mobile reserves the right to change Terms of Service at its sole discretion at any time, and Member must comply with such changes. Updates made by CamZuu can be made without notice to Member. Notifications may appear on the CamZuu website.
8. Content of the Service: CamZuu takes no responsibility for third-party content, nor does CamZuu have any obligation to monitor such third-party content. CamZuu reserves the right at all times to remove or refuse to distribute any content, such as content which violates the terms of this Agreement.
